Worst CVS in town. I was the only customer in the ENTIRE store. I went in there to pick up my migraine prescription and stood by the pharmacy counter for over 20 minutes. The pharmacist continued to look at his cell phone while sitting at the computer. He then decided to make a phone call to a “customer” to talk about a product which could be purchased on Amazon. I walked away to retrieve an item on the makeup aisle to return to him off the phone starring at his cell again. He looked at me then picked up the phone to make another phone call! I was still THE ONLY PERSON IN THE ENTIRE STORE. If you have such distain for your job that you have to undermine it by selling Amazon products and ignoring present customers, then why have a job at all. I transferred my prescription to Walgreens and wrote a letter to corporate.

Horrible customer service - they kept hanging up on me when I tried to call. They also won't eve answer the phone, even when the place is empty.

The service at all CVS pharmacies is the worst you can encounter from California to North Carolina. I truly hate using them and it's not the people, its CVS. Today was just one more miserable encounter. I used CVS because I have been traveling and wanted a pharmacy with a national presence and I had hoped it would be different in a different state. My prescription is nearly out and I needed to be sure there are no problems and they recieved my prescription from my doctor. I was on hold for over thirty minutes with no one answering just the repetitive message over and over about how they will be right with you. I finally talked to the pharmacist by calling back on the provider line. She confirmed they recieved my prescription. However, they did not fill it today. I must have it tomorrow and they cause anxiety by their negligence in filling prescriptions. I plan to go there tomorrow and create a scene until they fill my prescription. Ugh! The pharmacist said she is the only person working and she needs help. She fills prescriptions, answers phone inquries(maybe not), and services the counter and the drive through. No one person can do all that. This is a common experience no matter which CVS you go to. DONT USE CVS . THEY ABUSE PATIENNTS OUT OF GREED and cause suffering when they dont fill the prescriptions. I think they should be put out of business.

Love CVS. Avoid this location.nnI've been using this location for years as it's near the food Lion I frequent. I only go in here to get a random item or two I might need some its beside the food lion. The employees have been hit and miss as far as customer service goes, mostly miss. I once tried to go in here right at opening time to find it closed. I waited for it to open for 10 minutes. I eventually left. The next time I went in I asked why they opened late and was told that loss prevention had fired half of the employees due to theft. This turned out to be true as I noticed all new employees on subsequent trips. I've had employees talking on phones while transacting with me, hiding on the floor texting when I come through the door, and talking with each other instead of waiting on customers. I would avoid this location unless you need a last minute item.
