I don't visit this store regularly because I live on the opposite side of town. I have been here several times. I can say that every single time I have been to this walgreens, I have been extremely impressed by how kind the check out cashier is. I have even told one of the cashier's that walgreens is lucky to have them as an employee. Outstanding customer service.
Two rude pharmacists (a male and a female) who argue with you and hang up on you like children when you’re having a conversation. 4/7/21
I brought a disposable camera here over 2 weeks ago. I was told it would be back by the end of the week ( brought it in on a Monday)and I would get a call when the pictures we ready. I never got a call, I went and checked on it and the first guy couldn't find my order. I get my pictures back and 10 of them are missing (the camera holds 27, I got 17 back) of the 17 pictures only half were even worth saving, the rest were either completely back , covered in green pixels, or cut off by a half inch with the previous picture developed on it.
Not sure why they even have a phone if they aren’t ever going to answer it. Just called 5 different times and was on hold for 5 minutes each. Finally got fed up and went to the store. They had about 5 associates behind the counter and the phone was still ringing while i was there and no one even attempted to answer it.
I'll be taking my ud83dudcb0ud83dudcb2ud83dudcb5 elsewhere as of tonight. I was loyal a customer until I noticed in my past three visits the staff follows me around the store. But, they don't follow Caucasian customers. Very racist! and they make no attempt to hide it. I'll be reporting this to corporate and spreading the word amongst my colleagues and friends: DO NOT PATRONIZE WALGREENS!!!
