I had been using this location for years, but am moving my business. It takes too long to get someone to help you. Location seems to be short staffed. One month, a prescription I needed refilled was not available for several days and I had to keep calling to check on its availability. Later, someone told me they thought that accepting and being unable to fill a prescription for that length of time might be illegal....? Hopefully this location gets the help they need.

CVS on 17th St has been my pharmacy for the last few years, I’ve even moved to Brunswick county and continue to use this particular cvs. Over the last few years with changing jobs means changing insurance and gaps in insurance coverage. The staff at the CVS would go out of their way to make sure all discounts possible were applied to my medications since I was paying out of pocket. The staff at the CVS has always been so kind to me and despite being a very busy location, I have never had a problem with wait times here. Chuck is always friendly and personable. Crystal is another staff member in the pharmacy who is always friendly and works very hard. I can’t remember the names of everyone else but I truly appreciate everyone at this location and I look forward to seeing them every month!

I have been using this store and pharmacy for over 20 years, and I have never had a bad experience. The pharmacists are always great to answer questions, and the techs are committed to finding the lowest price possible for my meds! They are the best!!

NOPE.Going back to CVS off eastwood.( The pharmacy staff is always so kind there)- 1:34 pm August 24th pharmacy staff was rude with me. I am not easily offended➡ and for asking a question the woman was disorderly, unkind & gave wrong information. Has made my day not so pleasant. ud83dude4f
