Steve was timely with his appointment. Very polite and definitely efficient! Thank you for a great job. We’re very pleased with the service of Patriot Blinds and their partnership with Costco. BUT BEWARE Their truck has a Caution On it. “CAUTION BLIND MAN DRIVING”. We absolutely broke out laughing when we saw that. Thank you Patriot Blinds and Steve.

We're very happy with the selection process (thanks Mark and Daniel), installation and final look of our windows. There were a few mistakes made on the order, but Patriot Blinds stood behind their work and made it right. Steve came out yesterday, and corrected the issues. He was helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. There is still a part of the re-order that did not arrive, but I am confident that this will be addressed quickly.

Steve was very courteous and knowledgeable. He got right to work and completed the installation efficiently and was very neat left everything clean and explained the proper way to open and close the curtain over the storm door and how to clean them . I was very impressed and pleased with the service I received from Heather Deptola in your Mt. Pleasant store. The day I spoke with her, she gave me the answers I needed to complete my request. My new blind was ordered right away and I will receive it in early April. It was under warranty and there will be no charge. I had not purchased the blinds originally from her, but it didn't matter. She took care of me as though I had made a big purchase. I will definitely call her in the future to make other purchases and recommend her highly. It is rare to receive this kind of service today.

Had a wonderful experience with Daniel and Ricardo. Daniel showed us all the available options and his industry and product knowledge helped us easily navigate the selection process.nRicardo was very professional and friendly during the install. He did a masterful job on the installation and we are so thrilled to have our new fabric cordless blinds!nVery awesome company and every employee besides Daniel and Ricardo I asked how long they’ve been working for patriot. They are all long term employees (5+years) so that speakers to me that a company that treats its employees well will absolutely treat it’s customers well!
