Let me first say, I have visited this location before with great service and results with other cars. However, on this occasion I pull up in my vehicle and I’m told we can’t change the oil because it has to be done by dealer. He goes on to say the manufacturer doesn’t provide the information for the filter. I laughed because that’s illegal and not true. I’ve taken my car to Jiffy Lube numerous times for the service.nnMaybe this employee didn’t know how to tell me they didn’t have my parts but lying is unprofessional.

This place is the best place to go to. I've been going there for a couple years now. My car is in and out for an oil change in no time. The people that work there are extremely nice also.

They were able to get my inspection done change my oil and put 2 new tires on all within 1 hour. The service was exceptional they were super informative about services offered and what I needed.
