Tires Express

Stopped in for 2 used tires and was shown them inside the shop before they were mounted. They looked good for the price I was being charged. Once they were on I jumped in and took off. Stopped to wash car and it appeared 2 lug nuts were missing. Was on opposite side of town so stopped in different shop to have them replaced. Not only were the lug nuts gone but the studs were broken off as well. One on each wheel.nYou break something off on someone's car and send them off without a word???nSo now I have a lug nut stud on two different wheels which will have to be replaced. Will NEVER go there again.

Put the wrong size tire on one side of my car which threw off my alignment. Within two weeks the tire was worn down to its belt. When informed of the mistake they insisted that the difference in size would not affect anything and refused to make good.
