Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Derek is awesome! Incredible customer service. Found a plug in the side wall of one of my rear tires—dangerous! Also replaced engine and cabin air filter free of charge (I went and got the filters). Go see these guys. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

No good service.. No good management. Groupon. Even said they have bad service.

Location short staffed, waited for 30 minutes before anyone spoke to me. Came out and told me that they were closing. Would have been nice if they had told me that 30 minutes earlier. This is after being redirected from a different Valvoline location because they didn't have their state inspector working that day. All in all, very disappointed in two Valvoline locations.
