I needed film put on 2 very high skylights and had called 5 times to another company I used previously and couldn't get they to return my calls. Carolina Solar Security came quickly, installed the film perfectly and left my house clean. The installers were very mannerly and answered my questions while they worked and were gone in about 45 minutes. My house is cooler and I am very happy with this experience.

I've known of Carolina Solar Security for a while now, but I've never had a reason to work with them until today. I'm working on an outdoor kitchen wine cooler I've been building for my son. He collects rare exotic beers from around the world and shares them at parties. I happened to mention my project to John one day and he was able to fix most of the problems I was experiencing with a simple window film from 3M.nIn making the cooler, I used a glazed glass with argon gas between the layers. This was supposed to allow people to see the beer and prevent the beer from being affected by the sun. It didn't work. I mentioned this to John and he immediately knew how to fix the problem. He had grocery store who was a customer. They kept cheese in a cooler that was affected by the sun and it constantly went bad regardless of how much cooling power they threw at the problem. John fixed the problem for them and he fixed my issue too.nI found out that he even has a film that can help protect glass from high winds and your furniture from being sun bleached. This film is much more effective than masking tape ever thought of being.nIf you ever have a problem with something coming through a window, John will find a solution. I'm glad I took the time to ask. You will be too.
