I asked employee. What is the difference between 2 carb. cleaners in a can, that was looking to buy... Heavyweight lady responded with an attitude, that she do not know and when she dont know something she just read what it says on a can..... and told me to do so... unbelievable!! 0 customer service skills!! I work in an environment where a deal with 1000 people daily and provide a customer service. Just went through a class too. Person who do not know absolutely nothing about Automotive should not work at automotive parts store... Specially with a such an attitude... I go to Advance Auto Parts all the time and shop there a lot just at a different location. Will definitely not be back.
