Easy to work with. Good prices, good service, responsive. Bought full house plantation shutters as well as a few other shades and things across 3 different time periods. No issues at all. Would recommend.

Ordered plantation shutters in mid October 2020 and was told 6-8 weeks on delivery and installation. Did not get shutters until 13 weeks later. No real good communication on order status unless I personally made an effort to reach out. Additionally, was not offered any type of recourse or discount. Great shutters, poor service.

Phoenix Window Fashions installed my plantation shutters earlier this year, and we have been very pleased with the product. Their customer service from start to finish was the best I’ve ever experienced. I would definitely say they are the best in the area and would recommend them for any window coverings that you need!!

THEY STOLE FROM US. Blake is unprofessional and his staff stole from my mothers house. After discovering our designer glasses were not where we left them, we contacted Blake, and he denied that anyone would take anything. It wasn’t until we went through our video footage that he admitted it. He offered us 10% off, which is an insult to say the least . We have paid this company to do our entire house. This job was to do one Bedroom and Blake said “it would be a hit” to reimburse us. After spending hundreds of dollars to this company, I would think the integrity of the business would be worth more than one small bedroom. Blake suggested we go after his employee. I run a large business, any employee that works for me, is under me, and I take responsibility for them. Unfortunately this owner does not. If you want untrustworthy thefts in your home, that the owner can’t back, this is the company to hire.

Phoenix installed ALL of our window coverings--plantation shutters and faux wood blinds when we moved in, and they were fantastic! Everyone I worked with there was professional and helpful, and their prices were way better than their competition. I always recommend them to friends and family, and will absolutely use them again when the need arises!
