Not very clean and the person taking the order was not very friendly

The food was hot, fresh and delicious!!

Waited over 5 min before I was even acknowledged then waited even longer for a grubhub order that they have marked as ‘ready for pickup’ while waiting the manager (I’m assuming) she was wearing a red sweat and 2 masks. She asked a lady elderly guest who had a care taker with her to put her mask on meanwhile two of her employees had their masks below their mouths and two others below their noses. They girl at the drive threw window was drinking her drink with the same glove she was handing people their food

In typical McDonald's fashion this location has two drive thru lanes that converge and merge into one for payment and pickup. IN THEORY the lanes should alternate, merging cars from lane 1, then lane 2. This location failed to do so in a miserable way. No less than ten vehicles were served from the other lane before the one ahead of me in my lane. He was visibly annoyed, as was I and everyone behind me. Once he was finally attended to and I was able to make my order and pay, the cashier flatly ignored my inquiry about the issue. Like, no response robotic stoicism ignored me. The lady that handed me my order was gruff, but I expected that as she always seems to be unfriendly whenever I go here (Saturday mornings before work.) I gave two stars as my order was correct and my food was good. It is almost worth driving the extra miles to go to another location to get speedier, friendlier service.

It was very good, however I didn't get my entire order. Good thing I was stuffed already. Ha! It's rough when it's drive thru only. I'm satisfied! ud83dude01
