Literally everyone needs this place in their life atleast once!! I'm so addicted now, I go at least once a week and get 2x tapioca every time, so worth it! They've updated a lot since my first visit,, it looks so good! It's my happy place ☺

Did I enjoy the tea here? Yes. Did I have a good experience? No.nnI had the luxury of coming back to this place after stumbling upon it on my drive through Wilmington. My first experience here was amazing, with two kind young ladies who were enthusiastic about answering questions and giving recommendations to a first time customer. Those girls set the bar for the experience I THOUGHT I would receive again. It is a shame that I don’t remember their names.nnWhen I returned, Tap Tea was packed! Expected, since it is in a college town and I did come in a Saturday. I made my order and waited for the young blonder lady to call my name and hand me the drinks I ordered. She had difficulty saying my name and butchered it. It was no big deal and I decided to correct her nicely by first thanking her for the drinks and then telling her how to correctly say my name. She gave me a look of disgust and annoyance replying “okay? I’m sorry I guess.” Although she was wearing a mask, I don’t need to be a scientist to know she was annoyed because the furrow in her eyebrows went so deep she could probably cut her face. And her eye roll, was so intense they probably would have stuck in the back of her head. Not okay.nnLuckily, there are more options of Tea places in Wilmington, so it’s not the end of my life to never come back here.

Of the couple of times I have been here its pretty sub par compared to other boba shops I have been to around the country. The first time I came here my drink wasn't mixed all the way. I stopped coming here because of this. I decided to give it another try today about a year later and had even more issues! This place has potential to be great but for right now due to the inconsistency in customer service and product I would not recommend to come here!

Small hip place usually empty but people do come and take to go. They specialize on Chai Tea! Boba Tea

Always smells wonderful upon entering. Beverages are always excellent. A favorite of myself and my daughter.
