So usually I have a great experience with both the staff and quality of product. Not lately and today they not only got my order completely wrong, but my large chai was not dirty as requested and three inches of foam on top of it, l didn’t pay for foam. And my English muffin isn’t even an English muffin at all it’s some backed croissant stuffs with some spinach filling, I didn’t even ask for anything similar to it. And the guy who rung me up had to re ask me the order to ring me up at the window. Like come on man there was no one else in line.
I usually try to leave positive reviews but today makes the fourth trip to this PCJ where they have got my order wrong. Today I asked for a medium hot coffee with cream and sugar and specifically asked them for extra cream in my coffee. My coffee is one shade lighter than black with no sugar. I asked them for a scone and requested that they not heat it. I didn't realize that they had heated it until I got to work and saw that grease from the scone was leaking through the bag onto my scrubs. Also, scones shouldn't be greasy and rubbery. My colleagues have had similar issues. Sad to say, I won't be returning.
Great location but because of the style and orientation of the building it always looks closed. Great coffee and staff
I love this place they are always friendly and happy the only thing is i wish they had there travel cups instock more ive been trying to get one for 6 months and i visit pcj atleast 3times a week sometimes more.
Absolutely amazing customer service. Will definitely be making this my regular morning routine.
