Karen always makes time for me when I need questions answered or when I need direction for my business. I have been with her for 12 years and I have never been disappointed. Karen is professional and kind. This is a business with a heart. She is simply, “The Best!” Mary at GEMS4U

Very very rude especially Emily. Karen does the accounting for where I work and half the time we don’t even get our pay stubs. So I needed mine and my manager called and asked if Karen could print them off and told her I was out and about today and was told it was okay. Within an hour, if even, I called just to make sure they were available and Emily was SO rude. Got snappy and telling me I needed to tell her what company because she doesn’t know what I’m talking about.... I’m sure a million other clients have called and requested the same as I had within the hour... she was being nasty to just be nasty. I could even hear her yapping about it after she told me to “hold on”. Could’ve at least muted the phone. I go to pick them up not even 10 min later and said I’m so and so here to get my stubs and she acted clueless like I needed to say where I worked again. WITHIN 10 MIN of already speaking. Then she rolled her eyes and walked away and made Karen come out and she said we normally don’t do this, I was just doing as I was told and to have adults twice my age act so unprofessional blows my mind. If I owned my own business or didn’t know how to do my own taxes I would waste a dime on these people.

Karen has done my taxes for years. Very pleasant to deal with, and very knowledgeable. I continue to be impressed with her devotion to keeping up with current tax law and accounting practices.
