I walked in and was immediately impressed by the range and quality of the items in this store. I personally was looking for the foot balance machine that helps make custom insoles for painful feet and legs. It was easy to use and the employee was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. She made sure I understood every step of the process and made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. I've had the insoles a few days and already the difference is astounding! I no longer have to immediately kick my shoes off when I walk in the door from the pain. Life saver! Love ILC Travel Outfitters. Highly recommend.

It is a pleasure to write a letter of recommendation with a ten-star review for the staff at ILC Travel Outfitters. Let's agree there are lots of brands and models of luggage and travel accessories to chose from. Mark and Becky excel in this profession because they first seek to understand the needs of their customers instead of just asking for a sale. For Mark and Becky, customer service is a lifestyle, not a special event. Both understand that customer service is more than remembering a name. They learn the needs of each customer and then focus on the very best solution to exceed those needs. To keep it real, I recently accepted an overseas assignment with my employer. After checking, it didn't take long to realize I would need more luggage to make the move. Becky took the time to understand the items I would be shipping. This allowed her to recommend a bag that I would have completely missed. The two bags I purchased surpassed every expectation, including at a favorable price. Mark & Becky, THANK YOU again for not only a great customer service experience, but also for keeping your doors open during these difficult times. Keep up the great work! This place is absolutely fantastic, they can take care of all of your fears or concerns you might have about going on a mission and they really care about you and your success. They also have the most amazing shoe insoles custom made to your feet. I found that my feet would hurt from walking or standing up but after wearing their custom insoles for over 5 years I will never go back to a normal shoe again. I love ILC Travel Outfitters and I'm so grateful for their services.

Great place, has all types of things in the store. Went in to replace a zipper for my Louis Vuitton bag and they Fixed it right there so fast. I would def recommend this store To anyone!! Great customer service, thanks!

This place is wonderful - I had a broken wheel on a custom-made suitcase, and the very knowledgeable store owner fixed it in short order and at a very reasonable price. If I ever have luggage-related needs again, this will be my go-to! Tons of fun products to look at as well!
