Best Starbucks around hands down. Consistent (which let’s face it, is the reason we choose Starbucks) and the baristas always care and try. One young man (whose name I wish I had gotten) responded with such kindness for my need to have my coffee remade that his words felt like a hug. He said “by the way, you never have to apologize for asking for the perfect cup of coffee”. Words to live by my friends.
This place has it’s work cut out for it. They need to ensure that there are higher ups there at all times or people who have been with the company for awhile. Some of the people working here have 0 customer service skills and seem to lack the basic understanding that Frappuccino’s need straws...? I mean how does one drink a frozen drink without one. I not only experienced the lack of straws with frozen drinks, but also saw them continuously leave them out multiple times with other drinks. I also watched multiple people who clearly saw me standing there waiting for a straw, that of which I had to ask for, and instead of doing something about it, they continued to have their conversation. This was a mobile order too, which makes it even more unacceptable. This has happened numerous times during the few weeks that it’s been opened. Management, do better and actually have employees who have been there a long time be present for all shifts so that they can guide the new ones.
So excited that they are open now. Purchase my first coffee last night and it was perfect.
