Wow this place is awesome! super friendly and lots of different products to choose from.
I ordered two Easter Baskets two weeks ago. I was informed the day before Easter that one was canceled because they ran out of stock. It was impossible at that late date to have another basket shipped and with all of the stores closed I was unable to get another basket. I would have split the one that I got but it was a boy theme and the other child is a girl. It is very difficult to explain to a child that the Easter Bunny forgot her basket. If I even had a few days notice I could have put something together for her but I was given no notice.
I ordered Easter Baskets for two children with a guaranteed delivery date of today, April 9th. Well, they did not ship the baskets until today! No way they’ll get here now. According to the tracking record they will not arrive until after Easter. Good customer service would, at least, have sent me a message so that I could have made other plans. We’re all sheltering in place and don’t have the option to get another basket! I tried calling the company, voice mail over and over. Terrible customer service! I would never recommend this company!
I ordered Easter baskets for my two young children on March 29th. I was emailed late on April 8th that the order was canceled. What am I supposed to do for my kids when Easter is four days away? I am literally scrambling with no luck in finding replacements. I can't tell you how upsetting this is for me. I do not recommend ordering any items from this company.
It looks like they only sell stuff online, but since I live locally, they let me pick up at their local warehouse. They were very friendly and even though they don't technically have a physical store, they let me buy a few more items from their inventory anyway. Great people to work with. Will buy more from them in the future!
