I HIGHLY ADVISE PEOPLE TO NEVER USE THIS HERTZ LOCATION FOR A TRIP WHERE YOU NEED A SPECIFIC VEHICLE SIZE/TYPE. We have had a few smaller issues with this location in the past, but it was nothing big. We have also had several wonderful experiences. This was a huge screw up though and it will result in us never returning to their location and filing a formal complaint with the company.nnWe booked a minivan in DECEMBER 2020 and paid almost $700 up front. Our trip was in the middle of MARCH 2021. They just called me less than 24 hours before we were to leave on our week-long trip to let me know that they will be unable to fulfill our reservation. They told me I could NOT be refunded through them and I would have to call Hertz to request one. Well, I called Hertz and they told me I could cancel and get a partial refund. I called this local Hertz and no one answered. I left a message concerning the events. No response thus far. I called the main Hertz line again and was told I could cancel (...which really I am not canceling...the local Hertz is...) and I could get a full refund. So...now I'm out close to $1,400 until Hertz can refund me my money. That is, if I can figure out how to afford a different option. Thanks for screwing up my vacation and finances.
The car was better than expected. No wait. Quick and friendly service on both ends. Probably the most no nonsense rental place I've been to.
Great Service
Will never ever use this location again! Have tried to get in contact with the manager for a week and no response. Paid for our rental 2 weeks prior to picking up and when we went to go pick up the car the lady at the counter was rude and wouldn’t allow us to pick up. Save yourself the headache and do not use this location if you can help it! Unprofessional!!!!
Several rentals made through THIS location - and every time I have been impressed by the extra effort given to make my experience positive. Great staff, and they ALWAYS go above and beyond!
