I’ve owned a Rockwell coliseum watch for three years. I love the durability of the watch, the style of it and it’s functions. Best watch out there period. The Rockwell customer service and staff are a step above. They really take pride in their company and their customers. Everyone I’ve dealt with have been super nice, knowledgeable and willing to help. I just returned two watches to take advantage of the swap out program they have. Taylor M., who took my call, was amazing. Super helpful and nice. His customer service was exceptional. I ordered another coliseum and he helped me through the process. Just amazing. They all care so much about their customers and it shows. They have won a customer for life. 😁

I went here to meet the owner and get the whole experience that they have to offer. Walking up at first glance it’s a way cool look. The building is made from an old airplane hanger and they really knocked it out of the park in making it Into what it is now. I started in the gym (CrossFit) I got invited to a class they were holding and it really kicked my butt. The gym itself is quite large and nice, the class had 20+ people in it. I’m not going to lie, the instructors were really cool and helpful AND motivating. The gym was clean, organized, spacious, and welcoming. Right outside the gym is a large soccer field where they do all sorts of workouts as well as soccer. Upstairs the gym is a cool lounge area and a way sweet sauna they fits 10 people comfortably. On the other side of the compound is the storefront, offices, and conference room. This place just has an outstanding vibe, cool decor from used pro sporting equipment to all sorts of Rockwell gear. The place is all well put together, clean, from the owner to the employee, everyone is really nice, helpful, clean, and very courteous. I would recommend these products and this place any day of the week.

I went in with one of their Iron Rider watched that I have had for a few years, to get it looked at for water damage. Not only did they look at it for me and get it running again the offered me a way to get going on a new watch if this one was done for. Great customer service. Only wish I would have grabbed the names of their employees who had helped me. Plan on going in again if I need help.
