Bill's scooters

We bought a new 50cc scooter. The day we picked it up the guy said the gas gauge was broke and he would replace it. That monday i went to drive to work it stalled on me e times to work, then 5 times on the way home. We were told it was the carborator and it was changed, same issue of it not starting occured next morning,. Then it wouldn't start and we were told it was the switch. We have had the bike and not one day has it run right. We have given several chances to fix this bike and still is a mess. Now we just want our money back. We got junk and nothing to show for it but a chunk of money gone down the drain.
