Had a blowout a couple of weeks ago on my way to Charlotte. 38 miles from my destination. Had to have my car towed to this repair shop. Called them the following morning and after hanging out with Jennifer and the owner for most of the day. My tire finally arrived and my tire was on and ready to go. I’m a third-generation customer. My parents and grandparents have been coming to Duncan’s Auto Repair since 1998 when we moved here. He’s always done quality work at a great price. He’s always taken the time to get to know his customers and has that quintessential southern charm lacking in many local businesses. I can tell you firsthand, some of these bad reviews are out right false. My 82-year-old grandmother still brings her car there for repairs, when needed. David’s always been fair with his pricing, and even checked in on my grandmother after my grandfather passed away several years back. You will not find many, if ANY businesses with that level of customer service. If you need an auto repair you need to go visit David first.

I've gone to Duncan's for three of our cars now. He always works with our schedule to make sure we won't be without our car for too long. Anytime he has looked at our vehicles, he has called to explain what he found first to make sure we were okay with pricing or needed repairs. He's even recommended other places that could do the job cheaper than him which meant he lost some business, but that just made us trust him more for our car needs. Very honest and upfront.

Cannot recommend him enough. Been using him for three years now. Duncan is always very professional, explains the issue clearly, is very reasonable on price, and does good work fast. Will be using him in the future.

Call couldn't get in touch with no one I didn't get no call back so I guess I could have done a little better but nowadays what you come to expect two people
