Got 2 front tires done in under an hour with great customer service.

All good except when ordering tires you pick them up in Auto Service instead of following the orange signs. May save someone some walking. Still with good service and prices I must rate five stars.

Charger more than quote was

The people ARE kind, but kindness doesn't get the job completed in a timely manner. I've been there 3 times and each time, no matter what time I get there, it has been a long drawn out ordeal. Each time was a 2 or 3 hour wait. They dont page anymore if your car is completed. They told me this tidbit on the phone. If you give them your phone number they don't worry about that either.nnOne day a lady and I waited on the bench for our cars. It had already been well over 90 minutes when she asked about her car. The guy told her, oh yeah your car is ready and he looked at me and said and so is yours. The other man had walked out with the papers and keys 20 minutes ago. This guy had simply been puttering around the whole time while we sat waiting on front of him!nnIt was a 3 hour estimate today, so I went home deciding to go back at the 3 hour mark. The car was ready but no one called. Cheap, but do I continue wasting my days off? From now on I'll pay a little more to wait a little less.

I shop there alot they always have the best deals on the items that I'm looking for.
