They always forget something

This is the worst McDonald's in the area. Always short staffed. Yesterday they had two lanes open and only taking orders from the near side lane. People were leaving. I parked up and went inside and there was NOBODY at the counter. People waiting. This is not the first time this has happened. This has to be looked into and sorted out and this is fast food not NO FOOD. My son loves McDonald's and was extremly disappointed. If i could give no stars that would be my selection. What happened to the old staff?

Waited unwillingly to order in the drive thru for over twenty minutes. Tried to convince my wife not to stop here as i stopped three nights ago to be told the system was down and couldn't take orders at this time. Then tonight waited in a line to order one thing and get told they'll be with me in a minute once i finally got to the board to order. Either hire more employee's or hire ones capable of doing the job. Fast food isn't that hard and what you get at this location isn't fast food that's for sure.

The cashier wasn't wearing his mask properly. The young lady that gave us our food and drink handed to us, then ask if that was our order and was willing to take it back if it wasn't, plus there was no ice in the soda and the cup wasn't full. When we asked about it, she said that is how the machine does it.

Absolutely the worst. Never go through the far drive-thru. You will watch 5 cars go by you in the first lane before they ever take your order. Happened to me twice. I have now learned my lesson. And most of the time the food isn't even correct. Something is always left out. I try to never go here unless it is my last resort.
