Ruddell Auto is AMAZING! We just bought a new-to-us vehicle through them, and boy do they take care of their customers. The process was smooth; our salesperson, Wes, was very knowledgeable about the particular car we purchased, and he helped us set up the bells and whistles. Moreover, Ruddell ensured the safety and happiness of our family — and at a fair price! I couldn’t be more blessed, in fact I wish I could give 6/5 stars. DEFINITELY go through them to purchase your next vehicle!

Very satisfied with my experience buying a vehicle there. I had a relationship end that left me with two cars and a lot of negative equity and two car payments I didn’t want. Will at Ruddell was able to work with me to find a vehicle at a fair price point and helmet my needs. Really appreciate them helping me out like that and will be going there again for future needs.

This was by far the fastest I have ever spent buying a car! Wes Buck was very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable. I told him exactly what I wanted, how much I wanted to pay, and he made it happen.... Quickly! I absolutely dreaded going in search of a new car because I didn't want to spend all day negotiating with sales people, but Wes is so efficient. Made it happen, and I spent about an hour there. I'm sending everyone I know in the market to Wes. This is exactly where I will buy my cars from now on! Wes is definitely our car guy! Thank you Wes!

Russell auto was super easy to deal with. I called them over the phone and spoke with Wes asked about a vehicle and if they would add some options I wanted and he made it super easy. I drove all the way from Monroe so just over 3 hours and I am glad I did super friendly. I will definitely do business with them again in the future if I get a chance.
