Young lady at the counter was very rude to my husband that has a medical condition and cannot wear a mask. Then me (wearing a mask) asks for a keto friendly iced coffee and she looks at me extremely snotty and says “ I don’t know I’m not on the keto”nI would highly recommend going to the Safeway on the other end of town and getting coffee, this one is not how it used to be! Was a customer for 3 years but now I’ll never go back!
I went here for happy hour the other day and the employees were very rude. A girl named Selah was very rude to my friend and I. She acted so annoyed that we were ordering and even said to “herself” while I was trying to order that she “needed to get out of there”. The barista on the bar, Haley, was slamming the fridges and also was very annoyed we were ordering. The whole situation was very awkward and not professional. Wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks.
First Starbucks that has not honored a refill. I know many will say but they can't with Covid but the other two I stopped at in Port Angeles did.
Really the quality and service depends on who you get. This morning my order was messed up twice: once because closing didn't prepare something, and again because the barista did not listen to my replacement.
My Gold Card wasn’t honored for the free refill of iced tea.nnI got the store manager involved and he was very nice.nnI decided to just lump it and not try to get any money back in having to pay for a refill as I feel he will hopefully correct the situation so customers with Gold Cards can redeem their drink refills in the future.
