When the pandemic hit I was afraid to go out but needed bras. I live in bountiful and noticed that lace by Louise had opened back up. I went in and some much older ladies assisted me. They were friendly but not patient and unwilling to go the extra mile to help. I left without purchasing. After a couple weeks I decided to go back in and that is when I met CINDY!!! She was knowledgeable, helpful, smart, funny, and willing to go the extra mile to find me some bras that were pretty and sensible. I have now purchased 2 bras from her and am going back in to purchase 2 more!!! I am returning not just because of the bras but because CINDY is great at what she does at Lace by Louise. She found the bras I needed and she reached out on more than one occasion to call me to tell me about more bras. Those older ladies did not seem to care if ever came back but CINDY has the skills to make me want to keep going back to purchase more bras. I will only go back to lace by Louise when she is available that is how GREAT she is at her job and as a person! Hold on to CINDY and please treat her well as she has the ability to make Your business a lot of money😀

With so much competition, I would recommend supporting any other bra fitting business. This business is shady in that they will usher you in and encourage you to let them fit/size you for a bra but they do not disclose to you that they plan to charge you $10 if you don't find something you like and decide to leave without purchasing anything that day. This is really concerning because 1) literally everywhere else will measure/fit you at no cost because they understand the importance of building a relationship with a customer and 2) they aren't getting consent to charge you before they provide the service. For that reason, this is a business I would not recommend supporting.

I love shopping at this store. They really take care of you and make sure you find something that is comfortable and fits and it’s affordable. I’m definitely a customer for life

I am incredibly impressed with this establishment. I’m an expecting mother I went in to look for nursing bras and they got me right in a room measured me and brought me some options. Almost every bra I tried on was perfect so it was hard to choose which one to get. The people who work here made it such a painless experience and I am very grateful for that. Will be back again.

I never want to buy a bra from anyplace else ever again! I can't begin to explain the difference Susan made in my bra buying experience! I only needed 1 bra, but she found just my style in a hard to find size, so I bought 2! She is happy to order another color for me if I like, plus she put me on the email list and gave me a loyalty card. Such a clean and tidy shop, too!
