Have nothing but good stuff to say about Cox Repair...they were friendly, and efficient & what I consider a fair price...Highly recommend them

If you’re going to drive a big truck you should at least use your turn signals so you don’t put anyone else on the road in danger. Not a really good way to represent your business. I did call your main number and spoke with a gentleman who was pleasant and advised me he couldn’t do anything about the driver because they own the business... which I can understand, I don’t blame him, just you (the owner).

Friendly, fast customer service! Car broke down on a ldr trip and Lloyd came as soon as we called for a tow. Offering knowledgeable help, he put some of our stress to ease. Thank you!

Just another positive experience from Cox. Dennis is the best! My 88 year old mother in law's car broke down on Friday afternoon at 12:30 while I was out of town. My husband called Dennis, they had a truck in Rosewood to pick it up in 30 mins, dropped her off in Princeton, took the car to Smithfield and had the transmission linkage repaired by 3:30....AMAZING! Not sure where else you can get that kind of service these days.
