Roma is my favorite pizza shop in Clayton. Everything the make is amazing and the staff there are just as amazing. Highly recommend.
These people are so rude to their employees and customers. I heard the older man talk horribly to what appeared to be a new employee just for asking a question. I will not be eating here again.
Terrible customer service. We have ordered before and picked up, and still waited 40 minutes past the time they told us it’d be ready. We ordered online for delivery and it took 2 hours. At 7:00 it was ordered, and arrived at our house at 9:04pm. We called 4 times and all we got was that they’re extremely busy, it’s coming and the driver left, etc. And of course, the food was cold. $46 down the drain.
No one was wearing their masks and if someone was they weren’t wearing it correctly. Sweating in the food. The boss just yells at his workers in Italian the whole time. Old food from the workers breaks were left out for all of the customers to see and smell. Definitely won’t be going back.
We consistently have great experiences with this pizza shop. Was skeptical of the reviews at first. So far we have never had an issue and things are always hot and delicious. I'd recommend picking it up if you are hangry!
