There was no one in the lobby when I arrived. Ordered a hot and ready, crazy bread and a 2L of soda. Nothing crazy. Waited over 45 minutes to get my order, after 7 people who came in after me got their orders. Everyone I asked said “I don’t work the front” and called for someone else. No one else ever came up. Once I FINALLY got my order, they pulled it from one of the 10 pizzas sitting on the counter for over 30 minutes (not in the warmer even) and was cold. Didn’t even bother to ask for a remake - didn’t want to wait another 45 minutes. I would not recommend going to this location!!!
We stopped in here for pizza because it smelled so good from the UPS store. We got the ExtraMost Bestest and it was extremely good!! It was hot n ready when we got there!!
Been living in Clayton for a year now and every month I order from here there’s always a mistake on my order... no one answers the phone 2 hours prior to closing... they never greet you when you walk in, as if I don’t exist, no one is in the lobby literally have to go near the kitchen door and wave someone down, cheese bread they sell on 2 occasions has been raw in the middle, order extra pepperoni pizza and I pay for the extra pepperoni check the pizza no extra pepperoni, every time is a mistake at this location I hope the district manager finds people that actually value their job. They employees there as of today don’t value their job there. Find people that want to do there job and succeed in an easy company like this.nnWill never be back!!nnBig cheese pizza here I come....
Almost always an in and out experience which is why they get such a high rating. The 3 person limit inside is never enforced. I think not even bothering to even ask people to please wear their face covering is not cool at all.
It's a very busy place. They say it's only a 10 minute wait for one pizza but took at least 30mins. I paid for extra sauce on the side and they only gave one which comes with the bread sticks. Honestly the kids working there are doing their best they just need better management.
