This Starbucks is always super busy but they are fast and my coffee is always on point!
The restrooms were filthy, the floor was filthy, the glass on the fresh goods case was not clean, the store was poorly stocked and the staff were busy but slow and not all were working. They did not appear to function as a team and did not appear happy or concerned with their soft skills with regards to customer interaction. I have been to Starbucks all over the country and frequent Starbucks at least twice per week and have for all over 10 years. This Starbucks was truly an outlier in so many respects compared to my other experiences. The management needs to be retrained or changed. I did give two stars instead of one because my drink albeit quite a wait to get, tasted correct.
I went from drowsy to energetic just moments after drinking a cup of warm Pike Place Roast. I love it! ud83dude04
Like all the others. So real surprise. Id say Starbucks is probably on the down hill slide of its life span. I may be wrong but the days of $6 coffee are short
Went through the drive through had hair in my cappuccino, so I went inside for another one & there was hair again in my drink. I also noticed there was a worker with a black jacket on who had cat hair on her jacket and no one had hair nets on. Y’all need to be shut down cause that’s disgusting ud83eudd2e
