I called and asked for help concerning a question of back taxes. She quickly checked all my files and there wasn't anything owing anywhere. All my paperwork was in order. Because of this quick action, I didn't have to pay anything. The call that requested a payment may have been fraudulent as well. Thank you-

It is routine for me and efficient. I am a single parent that works full time and sit on 5 committees for my community so this is efficient. But it would be nice to have a discounted rate for being with H&R Block continuously for x number of years

I have been a customer for 20+ years and as soon as I had my first problem this year they refused to help, or point me in a direction of someone that could, they couldn’t answer my question or even contact the IRS. Absolutely useless. I always trusted their guarantees until now. Did my taxes even get done correctly? Who knows? They barely knew their own computer program.nI will NEVER go back.
