Update: My trust has been lost. I’m not sure if management has changed or what, but the previously honest approach has faded into standard “quick-lube” economics. Every time you bring a vehicle in, expect to be told it needs costly repairs. For example they replaced pads and rotors on my vehicle, then told me it needed new pads and rotors again after 20k miles. Rotors should last 50-70k miles. When I asked why they thought my truck would need them so quickly they had no answers. Feel scammed and will find another shop.nnMy wife recently took our vehicle to the dealership for the free oil change and were told it needed rear brake pads and a fluid flush. I brought it into Meineke and Perry (technician) and Kyle (service advisor) took a look and explained that the brakes were still at 6.5mm, and they typically suggest replacement at 4mm. Chalk it up to the dealership looking for money. It’s incredibly hard to find honest mechanics these days — these guys have won my exclusive business for the forseeable future.

It was quick, they have free refreshments, atmosphere was calm. Staff are very nice. They don’t push suggestions on you like most place do. They do only what you came for and that’s it. Fast, simple, and easy. Highly recommended A+++

Great friendly staff, fast service.

I had went to the location in Clayton they rip you off and charge an arm and a leg. So I got in my car came here soon as I walked in it felt like home. The atmosphere the staff even the customers were cool. I highly recommend this location over any. Thanks Tim
