This is my first 1 star rating ever. I kinda feel bad about doing it but I only give truthful reviews. Over half of the games we're out of order. We had actually went there to go bowling and they told us it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait for a lane, which was pretty tough to handle. Then we got the lane lane and bowled 1 game and it said we were finished. I went to the counter and they said if they have a waiting list that that was all you could bowl. The couple on either side of us were almost done with their second games by then. I'm pretty cool a collective but that had me boiling. Would have been a good visit if the games worked and you could actually bowl.
During the time of covid they have half the machines down. Also they clean the lanes between people which is nice but at the same time it takes forever! So we paid for unlimited and only got to play for 3 hours because they needed to clean the lanes up but they didn't because it was 745 and they close at 10?
I loved it. The staff were so nice. This is a very popular place in Cherokee, NC and if you have never went there, I suggest you do. It's full of family fun whether you are wanting to go bowling or hangout in the game room or just have lots of fun and do both.
Wait time was longer than expected but the staff was great and my friends and I loved bowling. It was a great atmosphere especially with COVID☺ufe0f.
