Had an appointment for what should of been a 20 min inspection.... sat there for 2 hours because they didn't inform me that my car was finished and no one could answer my questions on why I was not informed that was car was done an HOUR AND HALF AGO

I went in for state inspection and was out in no time. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and helpful.

My husband suggested I come here and the service was awesome. Staff is great and they really gave me more than just an oil change as far as making sure my car is safe to drive. I officially have a new place to take care of all my car needs.

I purchased a car from Precision Ford about 4 years ago and was promised free oil changes and tire rotation for as long as I had the car. Apparently they are under new ownership and no longer offer that, so what I thought was going to be a free service ended up being a $52 trip out of the way. The new owner needs to send out some kind of information to customers to let them know things like that. I will not be returning. Also I was not told any of this until AFTER my car had been worked on and pulled around front.

Quick Lane is my go-to for car repair stuff! Being far from home and a 25 year old female, I get weary that I'll be scammed into paying for things I don't need, however, the people here are always SO helpful, kind and patient. I've had nothing but incredible experiences here- they go out of their way to make sure customers are satisfied. I truly have been so pleasantly surprised by each and every encounter I've had here & I recommend them to everyone!
