NAPA Auto Parts - Walker Auto and Truck

Tried to purchase spark plugs online but received an email stating that I had already picked up the plugs before I even left home to go to the store. Called and told them to cancel the order. They did not know how to cancel an order. They need to understand that online shopping is here to stay and they need to refine their system. The lady called me back from the store and stated that she talked with her district manager and that I needed to go to the store to cancel the order. What is the point of online shopping?

Do not go here! You will catch COVID! I was here Friday and overheard a conversation among employees. They just had a COVID case and still remained opened.

Battery died while parked at the kayaking place next door. Bought a new one and one of the younger sales associates was kind enough to bring a toolbox over and help me change out the battery. Appreciate it!

I called then I was put on hold for 20 min.... I just wanted to know if they had a certain red hose for my hydraulic system. I was tired of waiting so I came over myself. Turns out they dont carry it. Smh
