Economy Tire Co

This is a very nice place to go. This was my first trip here, so I was a little lost and nervousnabout where to go and who to talk to. But they came out to meet me and asked what they could help me with. They were super nice and very helpful about plugging my tire. It was just my mom and me, but none of the guys were rude or disrespectful to us. I appreciated that so much. ud83dudc4d Definitely would go back.

Always friendly and quick at the task that brought me there

Best place in HARNETT COUNTY to go to. Always nice, never trying to rip you off. I have many good things to say about this place. One of the very few places I recommend to everyone I know .

I went to get a tire on a Saturday, of course my luck they had one tire left that would fit my truck but I needed two for the front. Was disappointed about that. But workers were very courteous and friendly and helpful. Definitely would go back here again.

My mom went this morning (at our recommendation) and asked them if they would plug a tire, change her oil, and do an inspection. She waited a little over an hour and when she got back in the car her tire light was still on. She drove around the park and when it didn’t go off she returned to Economy Tire and let them know that her light was still on and that they forgot to give her the paperwork for her inspection. She was told that they forgot to do an inspection and that the tire had been plugged and the light should go off after she drives on it a while. They did her inspection (which didn’t include actually inspecting anything) and told her she was good to go. She let them know that she had doubts about the tire being plugged and that she would return if the light didn’t go off. An employee was very rude and told her that she was welcome to come back and that they wouldn’t be doing anything if she did return. My mom left upset and went up the road to Super Tire where they removed the nail (which was still in her tire) and plugged it for her. We won’t be returning to Economy Tire and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone that isn’t willing to check behind them and make sure that they’ve done what they say.
