My car was damaged as a result of a collision with a deer. My family and I have always used Davis Body Shop for body work on our vehicles. They did an awesome job on my new car! They got me in quickly and had the estimate to the insurance company within a few days. Gwen gave me weekly updates as to the progress. It was difficult to get parts because of COVID, but Gwen was upfront with me about that when I dropped the car off for repairs. Everyone I spoke to at Davis was extremely professional and promptness respond! I highly recommend Davis Body Shop!

I had my bumper fixed on my truck from hitting a deer. I made an appointment and it took them 2 days to look at it and they dragged their feet fixing it. What should have taken a couple days to get fixed took about 2.5 weeks to fix. They did not have good communication, and did not return my calls until I talked to the manager. Then when I went to pay, they shop added 3% fee because I was using a card and paying over $500.00. They did not tell me about the 3% until I got there to pay. The work from what I can see is good but customer service, and communication is horrible.

Repaired a minor dent and painted my daughter’s car. Good work, excellent communication, and convenient drop off and pick up.
