They were so nice and helpful. They were able to get my oil plug out unlike a different oil change place down the way. I bought a fog light and headlight bulb with plans of installing them myself buthad bad weather. So, I asked them what they would charge and they did it for me at no charge! Great customer service isn't always easy to find. I will use them again!

Go to place for from anything minor to something major. I take my little truck here every-time for an oil change to a new starter needing to be put on. Great staff, management seems to care about everyone that walks through the front door. Recommend people to this shop all the time.

Once again had a great experience at Precision Auto, I was quoted one price just to come back and here it will be cheaper that's a plus in my book. Nate and Thomas took great care of me very pleased with Thomas and his customer service. I tell everyone go to the location on randleman rd in Greensboro you won't be disappointed.
