Best Starbucks. Employees are efficient, courteous, and make excellent coffee drinks. The store is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Staff and customers have all been following Covid guidelines, wearing masks and social distancing. We've been to a lot of Starbucks across NC, this is the most impressive one. Got my Holiday Peppermint Mocha perfect ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

Worst experience they always have attitudes the manager is very rude and make smart comments ones they mess up in orders and have to review it.

This store was better under its previous manager. Donica and the employees she hired tried to find the tinniest reasons to fire the person who was the previous manager just because they personally didn’t like him and they lost the best employee there in the process and I guarantee they will start lose even more money now because of it. It’s current manager Donica doesn’t even want to be there. She wants to be in HR but, they won’t transfer her to that department. She doesn’t really care that much about the store. She herself has been fired from corporate Starbucks and only hires her friends that have also been fired from corporate Starbucks which is clear favoritism. A barista from the N Main st store in High Point applied to work there and I guarantee that she was more qualified for the job because she’s been with the company since 2013. Now that means she doesn’t hire based on meritocracy. The only good employee is Jameelah and she’s a delight unlike the rest of them.
