I was very pleased with their services. They were of great assistance in helping me start my new business! Patricia Linn always answered my phone calls and went out of her way to answer any questions that I had regarding paperwork or permits. She kept me posted almost on a daily basis. She even went the extra mile when I encountered delays on certain permits by calling directly and updating information as needed. I recommend this business to any new entrepreneurs that are thinking of opening a trucking business. The people are so wonderful here at Otr I enjoy doing business here with our company. Mrs. Ruby is so helpful with everything we bring.She gets our payroll done quickly and in a quickly matter. She is so nice and helps us out with anything we need when it comes to our payroll.

I was referred to OTRDriver by a friend who said it was one of the best tax offices, and was pleasantly surprised as it truly was. I've been with OTR for some 10 years now. The people there are very courteous and friendly. I'm very satisfied with the work Ruby is doing. She's one of the best payroll clerks Ms. Carmen has had. I hope she doesn't leave like so many others that have done our payroll. Keep up the good work Ruby. Ms. Carmen please pay her what she deserves because she knows what she's doing and frankly people do get tired of having to deal with different payroll clerks. Just saying!
