Awesome food. Great service. Friendly spot for me and the little ones. Restaurant isn't crowded in the evenings. Very clean. I enjoy taking my kids here.
Placed an order at 1:26 pm at 1:56 pm my sandwich had not been made yet. And had more orders ahead of it. The guy that answered the phone said it would be an additional wait. I told them to cancel my order. Hopefully I'll get a refund since I won't have lunch today. I'm very disappointmented, thought Jimmy John's was supposed to be freaky fast. That must be a thing of the past. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this location.
This is the third time in a row I have picked up my sub and even though they made it at the time I picked up the bread was so hard I couldn't eat it. Done with THIS location. It was made fast though.
Ordered a roast beef, but it had only one slice of roast beef and the rest was ham, but I will give it a try again sometime soon.
Food is good, employees does alot with the gloves they gave on they need to be trained/told stop touching their mask especially the nose while they have the gloves on or change often if I have to ask an empl to change gloves before fixing my food I don't want to eat there. Also leaving the food section checking the dinning room and not washing hand or changing gloves when back on food line, I see this often at other places also.
