Loved our XL Marcos Pizza today with Ground Beef, Pepperoni, Onions, Fresh Tomatoes and Extra Cheese! YUM YUM YUMMY!! ud83dude1b
We normally like Marcos it’s better than most chains but the past two times we’ve ordered it’s been horrible. This last time our pizza took an hour and 15 minutes and it was cold not to mention the brownies we ordered for dessert were burnt and also cold.
Tried to use the promo advertised on Marco's.com. When selecting Gastonia Hoffman Road it stated this location wasn't participating. This forced me to call in to learn specials. Waited on hold 7 minutes. I was never able to speak to a live person. Hung up and never placed the order. I have had their pizza once before and it was great, but also had the same issue last time with the website. Pizza is suppose to be fast and easy. This Marco's is not.
So frustrating to order dipping sauce and banana peppers and never actually get them.
I ordered at at 6:05 p.m. and was told they would be ready at 6:35 p.m. . I walked in the store at 6:35 p.m. and they started to make the pizzas at that time. I walked out at 6:45 p.m..
