Domino's Pizza

I ordered ahead of time for my employees lunch break. The order was placed at 10 am and set to pick up at 11:15 am on a Thursday. When i get to the store, there is one girl there. She informed me she was alone and it would be 30 more mins before the pizzas would be done. Meanwhile, while i wait and my employees miss their pizza in their break, another lady walks in and gets her pizzas on time. Spending over 150 for pizzas should prompt the worker to try and have the pizza ready on time. We will not be ordering from this location again. If id have known this ahead of time, i wouldn't have placed the second shift order already. But 3rd shift will be at Another pizza place

Great pizza .. just the way I ordered it ..nNot one person said hello, after a bit someone asked my name ... Then gave me my order.nThe end .. not another word said.nWill I order there again .. yesnI'm not there for the friendship ..nBut a thank you us nice.

I ordered pizza for my son and his friends at around 6:33pm. Estimated delivery time was 7:15pm, about 45 minutes after I ordered, no big deal. The Tracker showed my order was being quality checked at 6:54pm. I called at 7:35 because the pizza would have been getting cold after sitting there for almost 40 minutes, she said they were busy and it would go out next.nnAt 8:16pm, 40 MORE minutes later, I called again to cancel the order and another girl said the driver was leaving right now. Fifteen minutes later the driver delivered... three pepperoni pizzas and a sandwich... Which is TOTALLY NOT what I ordered. They were thin crust, dry, awful!nnTwo hours later, four hungry teenagers, and absolutely not what I ordered. I called the restaurant (the third time having to call them now) to let them know, they said they would get the pizzas remade and send them out, It was almost 10:00 pm when it arrived, over another hour later, what the heck? Almost 3.5 HOURS to get pizza delivered. Absolutely asinine.nnThis location definitely needs better management, more staff, more training, more *something* (anything!!!) to make them get things right or they need to stop taking online orders when they get more orders than they can reasonably handle. This was the absolute worse experience we’ve had with online food delivery all year, and with what a zhitshow 2020 has been, that’s saying a LOT.
