Called in for a pickup. Large 3 topping original crust. Pizza was hot with an appropriate spread of toppings. Was ready in the time quoted. I am always able to find a coupon online to save money. Facility looked clean and server was nice.
The pizza was good, the wings less so. The lady at the window was super friendly. I would give 4 stars, but I nearly got sideswiped by one of their delivery drivers in the parking lot.
Ordered pizza. Said it was ready. Got there had to wait another 30 minutes. Asked for my money back but apparently the manager said she was too busy to give me my money back. Definitely the last tike i order here
I’ve been waiting for a pizza for an hour now. There was a line when I pulled up, we got through it pretty quickly. My pizza wasn’t ready yet so I pulled off like they asked they said they’d bring it out so I waited 30 minutes and no one came. I tried going in but the doors are locked, tried going around to the window and there’s someone already at it, beeping trying to get someone’s attention inside. Even if somethings down at least let someone know, geez.
It's usually quite satisfactory. But tonight, it took quite longer then usual, 1.5h... figured it would be fresh and hot... wrong... must be new staff
