Cheoah Point Campground, Cheoah Ranger District, Nantahala National Forest

I came to this place back in 2018, and I’m still talking about it with my husband, i will definitely go back and have him see how beautiful and peaceful this place is.nThe water is crystal clear and there is enough space in the cabin for a family of 6.nAnd the bbq area is large as well. To put many chairs and dance. I loved it

Clean, quiet and nice facilities.

The lake is pristine, we spent half a day in the water. Beautiful scenery too! The camp area was kept clean, and we loved the warm showers. It is a great place to getaway. The camp host was very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back.

We stayed in our RV at campsite #22. There are only 6 sites that have electric. Although they are close together, you still felt like you had privacy. Everyone around us was friendly. Bathrooms are O.K. Nothing to write home about. We saw the camp host come by once everyday and sweep out the restrooms. Be aware...there are no dump stations at all in this campground. Our campsite did have electric, but no water. There are two water spigots located at both ends of the campground where you can fill your RV's fresh water tanks before you pull it in your spot. We definitely would come back to this campground.
