Jacobs Service Center

Came here with my boyfriend to get an inspection. They ended up saying that I needed new tires although I just bought the tires a few months ago. They took my tires off and replaced them with some old and very bald tires. I know this because my tires were brand new and no where near being bald. They also threw off the alignment on purpose and now I need new tires and an alignment thanks to them. Do not go to these people as they are very unprofessional

I came to Jacobs because my car cut off on me. There was a car ahead of me that they worked on for an hour, I was sitting at Jacobs since 12p.m and they had me waiting all day. When it was my turn to get my car checked out they did not even check to see what was really wrong with my vehicle they just guessed and they left. Bad service. Do not recommend.
