This body shop is the best in the business! Our fire department and many different firefighters I know, has used them on many different occasions. They are very professional and thorough. They are very kind and easy to do business with. They also give back to their customers at the end of the year at their annual BBQ lunch. Amazing food, prepared by many people, so they can say “thank you” to their customers. Highly recommend!

Rick's is a great body shop. Only complaint I have is about an employee there. He was estimator and said my car could not be fixed after the accident. I have a feeling he was lying. He told me he had a vehicle for sale at a great cost. I was desperate and needed something to get me to work. He sold me a vehicle that lasted 2 days. I want you to know in case he does other customers that way.

I usually don't review, but I have to compliment these guys.nnThey fixed my bumper on my Ford Fusion and did a great job. The car was nice and clean when I got it back. Customer service was excellent. They were very helpful on the phone. I left my sunglasses in my car and they were nice enough to send them to me. Great experience.
