HR and management should focus on working with their employees, instead of looking for the most minimum excuse to fire them. Without even a warning / write up slip?nnThe over turn is so big because instead of working with you , they work against you.nnIt takes them weeks to print out paperwork you request but only hours to call you & termínate you if you call off. This company has some good workers, they just aren’t appreciated.nnBecause at the end of the day, we aren’t loosing a company. A company is loosing us.

Do not take these reviews lightly, this place is disorganized and horrible. I would not recommend working here. Had a over the phone interview scheduled with them and they never called and then sent me an email asking to leave a review. Tried calling and they never answered.

Treats their employees like SHIT. It's all a big political melting pot where you have to be part of a big clique before you are treated with dignity and respect. If you have a maintenance crew why would you take away their ability to carry tools. I would think that would slow production DOWN. This company is KILLING my family. OH YEAH and that one star wasn't even deserved. It's like high school with a pay check. GROW UP people.

Was awarded the district manager position for Louisiana territory. I am not a cannabis user, but had taken a vacation to Colorado with my aging grandmother 2 months before I knew about the position and had legally taken edibles with my grandmother on three occasions. They gave me a hair test and said that I had cannabis in my system and could never apply with the company again. After offering to pay for a urinalysis and blood test to prove that I’m not a habitual user, they declined and said that I could never apply to the company again. Apparently they have no regard for extremely qualified candidates who hold their integrity extremely close to their chest. I feel sorry for this unscrupulous company. I personally know most of the buyers and distributors of their products in this region and will never recommend their products to anyone ever again.

Respect the good workers ....
