Bought a used Jeep Wrangler from them almost a month ago. It has been nothing but a struggle!nn1.) I traded a 2016 Corolla S (they still haven’t paid it off because I got a Bill reminder from the finance company) text Kalib at Tindol Subaru, and asked what that was about with no reply!nn2.) the Jeep was on their lot with a bad heater core, headlight wasn’t working, and speakers making a awful crackling sound. (it had been there for about a month before I purchased it). We let them know, and they sent it to Jeep to get the heater core fixed. We constantly got the run around from , and the Jeep place was nothing, but rude! Fast forward A WEEK later my Jeep was ready for pick up. I was told the speakers, and head lights had been fixed by Tindols service department as well.nn•THEY TURNED THE AMP OFF INSTEAD OF FIXING THE AFTERMARKET NIGHTMARE SYSTEM ( I asked it be unhooked if it was my issue)n•The service department never fixed my headlight either.nBut I had the Jeep fixed and fixed the proper way out of my pocket!n3.) They have my trade in for sale without paying the damn loan off.nnLiterally the only pro I have found in this whole ordeal is the deal I got on my Jeep. I absolutely love my Jeep, but this was the worse car buying experience EVER. I will never purchase another car from them!

Straight shooters in the service department. They have done a great job with my wife’s 08 Outback over 3-4 visits. Good diagnoses, good prices, fast service, and friendly consultation. Never a hard upsell and no aggressive sales tactics. 10/10 would highly recommend. Wish all dealerships were like this. Great folks at Tindol. Thanks guys.

Great team that got me into my new vehicle no problem. I searched online and found the CR-V I wanted. Cassie reached out and did everything through text and a few short phone calls. She did all the work before I even stepped foot in the door. I went in at 5 pm and left at 7pm with my car. The whole team was very nice and offered drinks and snacks. They even printed off the menu of a local burger joint which was delicious!

Jonathon Nance (sales); Greg McAbee (service); Cassie Harlow (tech guru) and Robin Anderson (manager) I bought my 1st Sabaru, had a few issues, but this team has gone above and beyond in customer service to make it right.
