Although I know several of the people who work here, This is one of the most poorly managed Starbucks I have ever been to. I drive out of my way 20 minutes to go to a different Starbucks in the morning because they rarely have what I drink. I waited in line today for 20 minutes for them to tell me that they were again out of cold brew. So if you have a top 3 favorite drinks to which you can use as backup the Starbucks probably not an issue.nUpdate: Thought I would give them another try. Another lackluster effort. Six cars deep and forty minutes later we receive a dark roast pour over that was warm at best. Usually can't drink the pour overs right away they are so hot. So, they apparently forgot about my dark roast and decided to improvise. I am sure this Starbucks employs several well intentioned people. Execution is still horrible.

This location is middle of the road. It doesn't matter how far ahead you put your mobile order in, it's never ready. The drinks are fine when you get them.nThe location needs a refresh, it never looks clean and all of the surfaces and furniture are worn.nI prefer the location in Target or in Belmont to this one any day of the week.

Efficient, quick and quality. What you should expect from a Starbucks. What made them stand out was the attention to detail and being beyond courteous for minor inconveniences (don't know if that's a symptom of having difficult customers or their genuine flavor of customer service).

WHY CAN THEY NEVER HEAR YOU???!!! BY NOW, I KNOW TO INTENTIONALLY RAISE MY VOICE AND SPEAK VERY DISTINCTLY, BUT STILL, STILL! I HAVE TO REPEAT EVERYTHING THAT I SAY. DOES THE STARBUCKS HIRING PROCESS PERFORM SOME SORT OF BRAINWASHING OR PROGRAMMING ON THEIR HAPLESS EMPLOYEES SUCH THAT BASIC COMPREHENSION OF ENGLISH BECOMES DIFFICULT FOR THEM?

While the service wasn't bad I wasn't really pleased with the way the manager spoke to the staff although she was very courteous to customers.
